Please tell us a little bit about yourself:
My name is Laurynas, I come from Lithuania. I started my carreer in coffee 3years ago, now I am a two-time Lithuanian Barista champion. I am very passionate about competition, I love tasting new coffee and giving different sensory experiences to every customer or friend that I share my passion with.
What are you excited to do while you are in Seoul?:
I want to see the culture and see how different specialty coffee is there.

2016 Lithuanian Barista Championship (1st Place)
2016 WBC Dublin (22nd Place)
2017 Lithuanian Barista Championship (1st Place)
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?:
My coach, friends, roaster, and the Lithuanian community who have supported me in every way 🙂
How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
I would love to see more young people drinking espresso.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:
Hopefully, visiting farms, meeting the people who grow our coffee with their special dedication.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Snowboarding, business, music.
